Payment terms
– A 30% non refundable deposit is required upon confirmation. Balance to be paid twoweeks prior to your arrival.
Cancelation Policy
For cancellations 45 days or more before arrival, the cancellation fee is 0 % of the total reservation cost.
For cancellations from 44 days before arrival to 7 days before arrival, the cancellation fee is 50 % of the total reservation cost.
For cancellations from six days until the day of check-in, the cancellation fee is 100 % of the total reservation cost.
